By completing story and some side missions in Control, Jesse Faden can earn a number of ability points each which then can be spent for abilities at Control Points. This is an overview of all available abilities including the respective ability points cost, their prerequisites and descriptions. Some of them become only available after cleansing and binding certain Objects of Power.
Spending the first three ability points will also unlock the slot for a second equipped Service Weapon Form, spending more points will successively unlock the second and the third slot for Personal Mods.
In the Foundation expansion, Jesse gains two more abilities, Shape and Fracture, granted directly by The Board and the Former, neither of which can be upgraded.
