Alberto Tommasi was the former Head of Communications of the Federal Bureau of Control and one of the five Bureau Heads prior to October 2019. He was corrupted by the Hiss during its invasion of the Oldest House, and defeated by Jesse Faden.
Biography[]
Alberto Tommasi was in charge of the Communications Dept. which succeed the Department of Public Knowledge and Diversions, which dealt with communications to public bodies. He later in a report gives a statement to another member of the Communications Department on how to proceed with misdirecting the media in regards to information about the Havana AWE. He also reported the outcome of the Willow AWE about how the Communications Department were able to avoid any public issues with the AWE by covering it with a fake news story which succeeded. When Darling started to issue out HRA, Tommasi decided not to wear one, which lead to him being corrupted by the Hiss and turning into a Hiss Elevated. After escaping their initial fight, Tommasi was fought and killed after a second battle with the new Director Jesse Faden.
Events of Control[]
Tommasi first makes himself known at the start of the main story mission Unknown Caller, after Jesse leaves Central Executive. Soon after, Tommasi will start to chant the Hiss incantation over the Executive Sector's intercoms, loudly and agitatedly. Upon entering the Mail Room, Tommasi himself must be fought and defeated, after which he will escape. He is the first Hiss Elevated that Jesse encounters.
After completing the main story mission The Face of the Enemy, Tommasi will reappear in the Sterling AWE hangar of the Containment Sector, where he can be fought again (and defeated for good) in the side mission Mr. Tommasi.
