Chester Bless is a mysterious figure and suspected paracriminal associated the "Blessed" Organization, an elusive group involved with both the creation and distribution of Altered Items and Objects of Powers to random civilians for as of yet unknown reasons.
Background[]
Control[]
He came to the Federal Bureau of Control's attention beginning in the summer of 1994, after a nationwide series of popular speaking engagements and self-help courses held by Bless called "The Power of the Board" attracted thousands of attendees. This craze eventually alerted the Bureau to the existence of the Guru Surfboard Altered Item (which was being used by Bless as part of his speaking gigs). When FBC agents raided Bless' Los Angeles home in July of that year, they found the house completely empty and the man had disappeared, leaving only the surfboard behind in plain sight. This had been the second recorded appearance of the "Blessed" Organization following the events surrounding and later acquisition of the Songmaster Jukebox in 1988.
Due to the unusual nature of the incident and his last name, Chester Bless has since been linked by the Bureau to the "Blessed" organization, which has been the source of multiple other paranatural events and objects for decades.
