D. Rodriguez was an administrative employee of the Federal Bureau of Control.
Biography[]
A crude person, Rodriguez was discontent with certain conditions in his workplace, the Executive Sector. Before being assigned in the Oldest House, he worked in a Bureau field office in Islamabad for three years, and insinuated that he had to put up with poor restroom conditions while there. This experience led him to file a complaint after a Shift made the executive-level restroom disappear, and he demanded that Bureau staff either recover it or determine its new location.[1]
Rodriguez also vented his anger to Vice Chief of Staff Jim Bozer after his accounting receipts were lost in transit in Bureau mail tubes, meaning the Accounting Department could not reimburse his expenses.[2]
