Derek Shah was an agent that was killed by the containment breach in the investigations sector that was caused by Emil Hartman. Shah was contacted along with Caroline Dempsey by Alice Wake who had called the FBC, Alice was brought into the Oldest House and was interviewed by Shah and Dempsey.
