The file can be found in the Maintenance Sector, in the Atlas Chamber. From the Atlas Chamber Control Point, head forward and down the stairs towards Central Maintenance. After the double doors, turn right through the doorway and then left to a Clearance Level 5-locked door. The recording will be to the left.
