Heptonstall was a Ranger in service to the Federal Bureau of Control.
Biography[]
Heptonstall was part of a Ranger squad along with Thomson, Guy, Hazzard, Remus, Cho, and Simon Arish. Even after Arish left the squad, all seven remained close friends, and they routinely participated in card games against each other. Heptonstall was to procure the beers for the group's next game, Remus having done so for the previous one.[1]
When the Hiss invasion occurred, Heptonstall was corrupted by the Hiss in the Maintenance Sector, becoming a Hiss Distorted. All the others in the squad except Arish suffered the same fate, and Jesse Faden can later help Arish recover his friends' belongings by tracking down and eliminating Hepstonstall in the NSC Coolant Pumps.[2]
