It's Happening Again is a story mission in Control's second expansion, AWE. It is received when Jesse Faden returns to Active Investigations after chasing Emil Hartman out of the two other AWE investigation wings, only to learn from Frederick Langston via intercom that what looks like "a monster from some '80s horror movie" has fled into the Bright Falls AWE site of the Investigations Sector.

- Jesse defeats Hartman and retakes the Investigations Sector for the Bureau. But an odd AWE alert coming from the town of Bright Falls serves as a reminder that their work is never quite done…
