Parautilitarians are individuals capable of wielding paranatural powers, usually by binding to Objects of Power.
Jesse Faden and her brother, Dylan Faden, both wield paranatural powers. The Bureau takes in those that wield paranatural abilities and places them into the Prime Candidate Program.
