After completing story mission My Brother's Keeper, A Jukebox Token appears on the crate in the Central Executive. Pick it up to obtain the mission.

Pick up the Jukebox Token on the crate will obtain 2 Jukebox Token. After asking Arish about the Jukebox Token, He will give you another Jukebox Token.
Trivia[]
In previous versions, you need to complete the mission by searching for Log. In the current version, you only need to complete the repeatable mission Expeditions once and this mission will be automatically completed.
