Robert Ricardo was an external contractor who was brought into the Foundation by Federal Bureau of Control to map it out.
Biography[]
Robert was an external contractor that was brought in by the FBC as a "special consultant" to map the Foundation of the Oldest House, he had a Bureau member shadowing him as well. Robert ended up turning insane when he stumbled upon a chamber with weird eyes covering every inch of the walls, and a strange black pillar in the center.
