Tom was an employee of the Federal Bureau of Control.
Biography[]
Tom worked for the evidence processing team in the Investigations Sector. After Agent Fischer was extracted from his mission in the Oceanview Motel along with footage that he took, Tom was given access to the footage. Because it was blurry, Tom attempted to increase the video quality, but was largely unsuccessful. He later showed the footage to David Gleeson.[1]
